Refund policy

Flowers, plants, and floral arrangements are perishable items and subject to natural variations. Therefore, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after the order has been prepared or delivered to the client/recipient.

Arrangements made to order, customized according to the client’s preferences, are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun.

We take great pride in the quality and presentation of our arrangements. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers. After 24h, we are unable to offer adjustments.

To report a problem, please provide:

• Your order number 

• A photo of the arrangement 

• A brief description of the issue
