Local Flower Delivery

Le Boutique Fleurs provides local delivery throughout Orlando and select Central Florida areas. Delivery availability and fees are determined by the destination ZIP code and will be displayed when applicable during checkout.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available subject to flower inventory, delivery capacity, location, order volume, and the time the order is placed. Same-day availability may be limited during Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, holidays, and other high-volume dates. We recommend ordering in advance whenever possible.

Delivery Timeframes

Requested delivery dates and preferred timeframes are taken seriously; however, exact delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by our team.

If an arrangement must arrive before a ceremony, restaurant reservation, hotel departure, business event, surprise, or other time-sensitive occasion, please contact us before placing the order.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

• Recipient’s full name
• Complete street address
• Apartment, suite, room, or unit number
• Recipient’s telephone number
• Gate code or access instructions
• Business, hotel, hospital, or community name
• Any relevant delivery instructions

Incorrect or incomplete information may cause a delay or failed delivery.

Recipient Unavailable

When appropriate and reasonably safe, an arrangement may be left with a receptionist, concierge, front desk, neighbor, authorized individual, or in another suitable location.

If our delivery team cannot safely complete the delivery because of an unavailable recipient, restricted access, an incorrect address, missing gate information, or another issue outside our control, the arrangement may be returned to our showroom. An additional delivery fee may be required for a second delivery attempt.

Hotels, Hospitals and Businesses

Deliveries to hotels, hospitals, offices, schools, and other institutions are subject to the recipient location’s rules and access requirements. Please provide all relevant information, including room number, department, company name, patient name, reservation name, or employee details.

We cannot guarantee delivery directly to a hospital room, hotel room, classroom, office, or individual recipient when the facility requires items to be left at a designated reception area.

Weather and Unattended Deliveries

Fresh flowers are sensitive to heat, direct sunlight, rain, and extreme weather. We will not leave an arrangement unattended when conditions could reasonably damage it. Once an order has been successfully delivered or accepted by an authorized person, Le Boutique Fleurs is not responsible for theft, weather exposure, improper handling, or storage conditions.

Pickup is available from our Winter Garden showroom:

Showroom visits and pickups are available by appointment or during the pickup period confirmed with your order.

Customers are responsible for collecting their order on the confirmed date and transporting it safely. Because flowers are perishable, we cannot guarantee the condition of an arrangement that is collected late or not collected as scheduled.

Nationwide Shipping

Select everlasting and preserved arrangements may qualify for nationwide shipping. Fresh flower arrangements are available for local delivery or pickup only.
